What Happened
at Birth

Registration is not recording. Most Americans do not know the difference — and that difference is everything. What was done at the hospital when you were born changed your legal identity without your knowledge or consent.

The Difference Nobody Was Taught

There are two fundamentally different things that can happen when a child is born. Their arrival can be recorded — entered into the public record as a living man or woman with a birthright status tied to the land, to their family, and to their origin. Or it can be registered — entered into a foreign administrative system as a legal entity with obligations, presumptions, and a political status that was never truly theirs.

American babies were supposed to be recorded. What happened instead, beginning in the early twentieth century, was that their births were registered — quietly, without disclosure, and without any explanation to their parents of what the difference meant or what had been done.

“American babies are supposed to be recorded in Family Bibles or upon the land jurisdiction Recording Offices, but the self-interested and well-hidden foreign interlopers started registering our births as if we were all British Territorial U.S. Citizens instead.”

Recording vs Registration — What Each One Actually Does

What recording does

Recording

  • Identifies the living man or woman
  • Establishes birthright political status
  • Ties identity to land, family, and origin
  • Preserves the freeborn status on public record
  • Creates no presumption of foreign obligation
  • The proper process for American State Nationals

What registration does

Registration

  • Creates a legal entity in the child’s name
  • Enrolls that entity in a foreign jurisdiction
  • Presumes British Territorial political status
  • Strips Constitutional guarantees from the living person
  • Creates obligations the child never agreed to
  • Done at birth — without knowledge or consent

The birth certificate you were given is not a record of your life. It is evidence of a registration — the creation of a corporate legal entity in your name, enrolled in a foreign system, presumed to owe allegiance to a foreign government. The all-capitals name on that document is not you. It is the entity that was created when you were registered.

Why It Was Done — And Who Benefited

This was not an accident of bureaucratic evolution. It was a deliberate substitution — a conversion of the nationality of American babies into a foreign political status that stripped them of their Constitutional guarantees and made them subject to the administrative control of foreign Subcontractors.

When you operate under a foreign status, the Constitutional Bill of Rights does not automatically protect you. The Constitution is a contract between the American People and their government — and a foreign citizen is not automatically a party to that contract. By registering American babies as British Territorial Citizens, the foreign Subcontractors running government functions freed themselves of the obligations they owed to the actual American people.

What was substituted — and when

Before the 1920s: American births were typically recorded in family Bibles, church records, and local land recording offices. These records identified living people with birthright status.

Beginning in the 1920s: A systematic shift to hospital-based birth registration began. Parents were presented with registration documents without any explanation of what registration meant versus recording — or that a choice existed at all.

What the registration created: A corporate franchise entity — denoted by the all-capitals name on the birth certificate — enrolled in the British Territorial jurisdiction. This entity, not the living child, became the subject of government administration, taxation, and obligation.

What was never disclosed: That the parents had a choice. That recording in the land jurisdiction was still available. That the choice of political status belonged to the individual — and that registering a child as a British Territorial Citizen was a choice with profound lifelong consequences.

The All-Capitals Name — What It Means

Look at your birth certificate. Your Social Security card. Your driver’s license. Your passport. In every case your name appears in all capital letters — JOHN MICHAEL DOE, not John Michael Doe. This is not a typographical convention. It is a legal signal indicating that the name refers to a corporate entity, not a living man or woman.

The corporate entity carries the presumption of British Territorial Citizenship and all of the obligations that come with it. The living man or woman — John Michael Doe — has a birthright political status that the corporate entity does not. When you learn to distinguish between yourself and the entity created in your name, you begin to see the entire system differently.

Think about it

If the entity on your birth certificate is not you — but a corporate franchise created in your name — who actually owns and controls that entity?

+

The entity created by registration is held in trust by the government that registered it. The living man or woman — the one who was registered without consent — is the beneficiary of that trust. But until you claim your position as beneficiary and correct the record, the government Subcontractors who created the trust are operating it for their own benefit.

Correcting your status is the process of stepping forward as the living beneficiary — identifying yourself as the man or woman standing behind and above the corporate entity, and making that identification on the public record in a way that cannot be ignored. This is what Module 3 and Module 4 of this course cover in detail.

The trust account created in your name, backed by your labor and your life, has value. The credit created from that value has been used — for generations — by the institutions that hold the trust. Correcting the record is the beginning of reclaiming your position in relation to what is yours.

The Crime That Was Never Named

Converting the nationality of people without their knowledge or consent is not a bureaucratic irregularity. It is a serious offense under international law. Doing it to an entire generation of babies — systematically, deliberately, and with full knowledge of the consequences — is something the framework of international law addresses directly.

The fact that it was never called out, never prosecuted, and never corrected does not make it legal. It makes it one of the largest undisclosed acts of identity conversion in modern history — carried out by foreign Subcontractors operating on American soil, against the people they were contracted to serve.

Understanding this history is not about anger. It is about clarity. Once you understand what was done, you understand why correcting the record is not a radical act. It is the most natural thing in the world — a living man or woman standing up and saying: this is who I am, this is where I come from, and this is my standing on the public record.
