This package provides everything you need, from securing your name, banking, debt elimination, and handling contracts, to managing your land and property. It also includes operating your name as a business (instead of allowing a foreign governmental service provider to do this for you), securing your position as a Secured Party Creditor with liens against all corporations and franchises created after you, and even a Free Non-Statutory Trust (for a limited time only). With these tools, you'll have full control and ownership over your personal and business affairs, all while ensuring privacy, protection, and full claims over your assets that are moved to the land and soil jurisdiction allowing you to maximize living in the private.


All documents are customized and created for you, with the exception of the DBA and land & property documents. Simply print the documents and follow the provided steps! For more detailed items, you just need to fill in your information, print, and follow the steps.


•    Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Lien Process as Secured Party Creditor:  Finance Statement, Non-UCC Lien, and Agriculture Lien Against the Names/derivatives created after your Tradename.

Emancipation and Jus Soli Customized and Prepared Documents: for publishing, recording and liens.  This encompasses your all lower case name as the living man or woman on the soil jurisdiction and references the fraud, unlawful conversion of your tradename and its uses in Trusts created and operated by foreign governmental service providers without granted authority.  It creates a record of events and your knowledge.

Land & Property Claims with Fixture Lien: Separate your private property from a foreign service provider’s legal descriptions and their easements.  Reconvey your land and deed to the land and soil with a metes and bounds survey or a survey without the easement attached.  This is what they use to clutch onto your property.  Remember, only Americans can own property which is why foreign for-profit government services providers attach everything to a legal description.  You will receive Word docs for you to complete on your own along with a guide and checklist.  This is advanced so stay close to your instructions.

This package is advanced and done in two parts.  Once you're published & recorded as an American you are now officially recognized and acknowledged as the rightful holder of your Given Name, also known as your Trade Name. You have separated yourself from the influence of the CORPORATE-GOVERNMENT entity. For the first time in your life, you have gained ownership of the Private Property associated with your name, regardless of whether it's written in lowercase or uppercase. Until this point, you were essentially cast into the role of a DEBTOR, and incorporated corporations were using your Private Property, your name, as collateral to support their business endeavors. Why?  Because your given name is the access point of your estate.  They benefited from this arrangement while you were burdened with the resulting debt.

However, as the legitimate owner of your Private Property, you now have a legally protected stake not only in all the debts that were attributed to your name, regardless of its case, but you also hold a secured interest in ALL of the credit associated with your Private Property as the Secured Party. Now you have "standing" to claim a Secured Interest (collateralized lien) in your asset/Name.  This credit is what we attempt to gain access to in covering debts.  But, nothing has been an exact fit for several years due to bankrupt governmental service providers.  Nevertheless, we, as Americans are owed exemptions such as the mutual offset credit exemption exchange process,  and can also begin to learn to use the administrative process. The administrative process allows you to enforce with liens as you need to when organizations are continuing to use your copyrighted and trademarked name to create debt they are expecting you to pay.  While the credit exemption exchange process is owed to Americans and requires a different approach.  You will learn what works for you versus someone in another state or county.  These processes can be used on land, property, names, businesses and more but require you to practice and learn.  Americans, and only Americans can own land so you must be a declared American.  This document & learning program includes your State National documents in order to sit in the right standing.  On top of this, you will have access to creating an international trade account where this will also be an option to relieve debt.  Working all three combined and together will give you more knowledge than you would have ever known and more opportunity.

The UCC-1 Financing Statement and Addendum serve multiple purposes. Firstly, they are used to provide international notice of your interest in your Name and NAMES. Secondly, by checking the "Non-UCC Lien" box, you can reclaim your private property. We believe that Americans who are published, declared, and recorded should have the freedom to live in the private. Learning to operate as an unincorporated, exempt American is the cornerstone of living outside statutory codes. This applies to our lives, businesses, and assets.

You can secure your home with liens through property claims and record your deed of reconveyance to the land and soil.  This is a technical process but you have access to the guide and documents needed.  Expect to have a metes and bounds survey and do some legwork on creating designation around the 4 corners of your property.  These documents are specific to you as a landlord and powerholder and are filed in the county the land/property is located in.

With the rampant abuse of random people, those looking to make money from taxes, medical claims and others filing liens on the homes of Americans this is a great way to ward against this type of fraud.  By placing your lien on your own property it puts you in the position of first in time-first in line.
